Wristbandit is a resale marketplace, not the primary ticket provider. Prices are set by sellers and may be above face value. Resale Policy

Your ticket. Your night. Our responsibility. This page says what that means in practice — for buyers and for the Partners who list with us.

1. What we list

Only tickets from Partners who have passed our checks: proof of purchase, payment from the Partner's own bank account, and a valid, transferable ticket. A person reviews every listing before it goes live.

We do not list tickets for events or in countries where resale is prohibited or where the organiser's terms make the ticket non-transferable. We may decline any listing without giving a reason.

2. Prices and fees

The price shown on the event page is the full price you pay. There are no booking, service or delivery fees added at checkout. Prices are shown in the event's currency; your bank may apply its own exchange rate.

Partners pay Wristbandit a commission of 1% of the sale price for each completed sale (indicative; the exact rate is in the Partner Terms). Buyers pay nothing extra.

3. Delivery

Tickets are delivered to your account and by email — usually within minutes of payment. When an organiser releases e-tickets only close to the event, the event page says so; we deliver as soon as the ticket is handed over and email you immediately.

If a ticket has not been delivered 48 hours before the event starts, contact us: we will chase the Partner, and if the ticket cannot be delivered in time the Wristbandit Guarantee applies.

4. Wristbandit Guarantee

If a problem caused by Wristbandit or a Partner results in you being unable to use a valid ticket bought on the Platform, we will:

Covered: ticket not delivered in time; ticket invalid or already used at the door through no fault of yours; ticket different from the listed type or zone.

Not covered: refusal of entry for reasons under your control (age limits, prohibited items, behaviour, arriving after doors close); event changes decided by the organiser; losing or sharing a ticket after delivery; tickets not bought on the Platform.

To claim, contact us through Need a hand? within 7 days of the event with your order ID and, where relevant, the venue's written refusal or a description of what happened. We reply within a few hours and decide within 14 days.

  • 1. offer a comparable replacement ticket for the same event where one is available, at no extra cost; or
  • 2. refund the full price you paid for the affected ticket.

5. Cancelled and rescheduled events

Event cancelled: you receive a refund of the full price paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of our confirmation of the cancellation. You do not need to ask.

Event rescheduled: your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, tell us before the original date; we will try to re-list the ticket for you and refund what it sells for (less nothing), or refund you under the Guarantee where the change made the ticket materially different (different city, different headline act).

Event moved to a different venue in the same city or with a changed line-up: the ticket remains valid; no refund unless the organiser's own policy grants one.

6. Refund requests

Resale tickets are final once delivered, because event tickets are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right (see the Terms). Outside the cases above we consider refund requests case by case — for example if we can re-list and sell your ticket before the event.

You can file a refund request from your order page, choosing a reason and how you would like to be refunded: to your original payment method, as credit for another night on Wristbandit, or as a comparable replacement ticket. A person reviews every request and you receive an email with the decision.

Approved refunds to the original payment method usually arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Credit is available immediately.

7. For Partners

Breaches lead to removal from the Partner Programme and may be reported to organisers and authorities.

  • List only tickets you own, bought from the official seller, paid from your own bank account.
  • Provide proof of purchase and payment on request and before the first listing.
  • Never list the same ticket twice or on another platform at the same time.
  • Hand over ticket files as soon as they are available; late delivery that triggers the Guarantee is charged back to you.
  • Respect price limits we set and any legal price caps in the event's country.
